Our privacy policy demonstrates how we collect and use information of our customers at Mailrail.net and other contact points where we come in touch with our customers, such as tradeshows, phone, seminars and though our business partners.

Data Definitions:

We collect and maintain 4 types of Data Customer Data: account information provided when signing up for the services including but not limited to your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, cell phone number, credit card information, and other information such as gender, occupation and other demographic information.
Recipient and campaign Data: data provided by our customers about individuals or entities to whom our customers would like to send email messages or other types of communications. Campaigns you create on mailrail.net
Other Data: When you register to use Mailrail, we store "cookies," We also use electronic images known as Web beacons. We also collect and store email tracking data for customers and well as customer email campaigns. Customers can track the results of their email campaigns by reviewing this data. Similarly when we send out emails to our customer which is you; we track the activity of those emails as to when the email was opened as well as the data listed in this section.
Visitor Data: data about visitors to our Site who may or may not also be our customers.


Terms Definitions:

The terms "we," "us," "Mailrail" and "Company" refer to Namo Solutions d/b/a Mailrail, a California Corporation incorporated and existing under the laws of the State of California, or any successor or assignee of the Company. We are in the business of providing an online platform that our customers may use to create, send and manage emails (which, when sent using the "Services," as defined below, are referred to as "Email Campaigns"). The term "Mailrail" refers either to the business or the online platform as the context requires. The term "Services" refers to the services offered by Mailrail. The term "Member" refers to a customer of the Company. The terms "you" and "user" refer to any Member who is reading this Privacy Policy, or on behalf of whom this policy is being read. The term "Website" refers to the website with the URL www.Mailrail.net. The term "Personal Information" means information about an individual. The term "Distribution List" means a list of names and email addresses of people that one of our Members has sent, or intends to send, Email Campaigns.


Use of data:

When you signed up at Mailrail.net or provided us your data over phone or at trade show, we may contact you for marketing purposes by various means, including regular mail, email or telephone. When you registered, signed up for free or paid account at Mailrail.net, you expressly consent to receive marketing communications about Mailrail's services via direct mail, email (at the email address you provided when activating your account), telephone (at the number you provided when activating your account), pre-recorded messages (at the number you provided when activating your account), text messages (if you provided a wireless telephone number), instant messages or other communications methods. We may also use personal and non-personal (e.g., business-related) data for other purposes, including but not limited to: 1) providing the services you request and 2) providing technical support 3) send you billing information and collect payment for services provided.

Email from Us:

If you have received one or more e-mails from us, it means that (a) your email address is on our list of customers, trial users or prospective customers, (b) you have provided us your email address so that we could contact you, and/or (b) you have an existing business relationship with one of our customers and have expressly shared your email address with such customer for the purpose of receiving emails about such customer's products or services (in other words, you have "opted-in"). How to Stop Receiving Emails From Us?

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from the lists your are subscribed to, or to change your expressed interests. If you do not wish to receive additional emails from Mailrail, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.

We have built necessary infrastructure to provide maximum level of data security for data exchanges and user access. We carry out regular audits to ensure highest level of data security. Mailrail application is only accessible after secure login. All data is accessible only through SSL or HTTPS. Secure access, SSL, access control and other methodology adapted ensure complete security of data on our server.
Our servers are hosted at top tier datacenters with high level of physical security. Our servers are icon-clamped to keep intruders out of our servers. Our internal systems constantly track any intrusions and attacks. While our support focus on building successful marketing campaigns for our customers, our security team constantly, working for the safety and security of your email lists and data.

This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to all data that we have collected about and/or from you, both prior to your registration as a Member and/or during the Term, in accordance with the Terms of Use.
